Vszerda 4K HDMI 2.0 Switch

This 4-in-1-out HDMI 2.0 switch routes four HDMI sources to a single display at up to 4K 60 Hz with HDR 10 and HDCP 2.2 support. It suits home-theatre owners or gamers who need to connect multiple consoles, streamers or players to one TV or projector. The unit handles 18.5 Gbps bandwidth and 36-bit Deep Colour for full RGB 8:8:8 fidelity. It is not a 1-in-4-out splitter and cannot drive multiple screens simultaneously.

Audio extraction and ARC support

The switch extracts audio from the incoming HDMI stream to three independent outputs: HDMI audio pass-through up to 7.1-channel Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, optical Toslink up to 5.1-channel Dolby Digital or DTS, and a 3.5 mm jack for stereo PCM 2.0. Four selectable audio modes — 7.1 CH, 5.1 CH, 2.0 CH and pass-through — let you match the signal to your soundbar, AV receiver or headphones. ARC on the HDMI output returns TV audio to an external system without extra cables.

Installation and common issues

Connect up to four HDMI sources and one display, then choose an audio output; the box auto-switches to the most recently inserted live signal and includes a remote for manual selection. Ensure all cables are HDMI 2.0 rated for 4K 60 Hz; older leads may fall back to 1080p. The optical port only carries 5.1 or stereo PCM, so 7.1 formats require the HDMI audio path. No driver or firmware updates are involved.

Questions about this item

Does the 3.5 mm audio output need any maintenance or replacement over time?

The 3.5 mm port is a passive analogue connection with no moving parts or consumable components, so it does not require scheduled maintenance or replacement under normal use.

What is the first limit reached when the switch runs continuously at 4K 60 Hz with 18.5 Gbps bandwidth?

The 600 MHz pixel clock and 18.5 Gbps bandwidth ceiling are the hard limits; sustained 4K 60 Hz RGB 8:8:8 operation stays within them, so no lower bottleneck appears first.

How much heat or noise does the unit produce when powered all day?

The switch uses a fanless design and draws minimal power, so it runs silently and stays only slightly warm during continuous operation.
