Extends a 4-pin ATX CPU power connection by 30 cm using 18 AWG wire
This 30 cm extension cable connects a power supply to a motherboard using a four-pin ATX connector. The male-to-female design adds reach for routing behind motherboard trays. It uses 18 AWG wire for the conductors.
Builders with large cases or non-standard layouts benefit from the added cable reach. Systems where the stock CPU power cable already reaches the motherboard socket will not need this extension.

The cable is 30 cm long and uses 18 AWG conductors, so allow enough room behind the motherboard tray for the male-to-female connectors and the wire bend radius.
Route the 30 cm cable, plug the male end into the PSU 4-pin CPU header and the female end onto the motherboard 4-pin socket, ensuring both connectors click fully into place.
