4×2 HDMI Matrix Switch
The Vszerda 4x2 HDMI matrix connects four HDMI sources to two displays, allowing independent switching or simultaneous splitting. It supports HDMI 2.0b, HDCP 2.2, HDR10 and 3D video up to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz. The unit is suited for home theatre, office, classroom or commercial installations.
Thermal noise and power
The device operates without active cooling, so it adds no audible fan noise to the environment. Power is supplied through a dedicated port located on the same side as the HDMI connectors for tidy cable routing. Typical draw remains low during normal switching and signal distribution.
IR remote and audio outputs
An infrared remote control is included for convenient source selection from a distance. The switch provides simultaneous HDMI audio, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and an optical S/PDIF output. Dolby Atmos 7.1 is available on output A only, while LPCM and DTS 5.1 pass through both outputs.

Questions about this item
How do I connect the four sources and two displays, and which step is often missed?
Connect up to four HDMI sources to the inputs and two displays to the outputs. Plug the power supply into the port on the same side as the HDMI sockets. The step often missed is selecting the correct EDID mode for each output so both displays report their capabilities properly.
What maintenance or replacement will the IR remote need later?
The IR remote uses a standard button-cell battery that will need replacing when the range drops or buttons stop responding. No other user-serviceable parts are inside the matrix; the main unit has no fan or filters to clean.
At what resolution limit does the matrix stop passing a stable signal under sustained use?
The matrix supports up to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz. Ultra-wide 3440x1440 is not recommended and may cause compatibility issues during extended sessions.
