Connects two DisplayPort 1.4 computers to one monitor, keyboard and mouse at 4K 144 Hz
This KVM switch connects two DisplayPort sources to a single monitor, keyboard and mouse. It is built for users who need to share one 8K-capable display and USB peripherals between two computers. The unit supports DisplayPort 1.4 signalling for high-resolution switching.
The switch passes 4K signals at up to 144 Hz through its DisplayPort 1.4 interface. Higher refresh rates or resolutions beyond the 8K rating are not supported by this standard. Bandwidth constraints of the 1.4 link may restrict colour depth or chroma subsampling at the highest modes.

The switch handles both; use 8K for maximum desktop resolution or 4K at 144 Hz for high-refresh gaming, choosing per source device.
It means each connected PC can drive a 4K display at up to 144 frames per second through the DisplayPort 1.4 link without compression.
