Wired to T568B only

The plug follows the EIA/TIA T568B pinout; mixing T568A at one end and T568B at the other will break the link. Shielded 8P8C contacts and a fixed interface reject external electromagnetic interference for a stable signal.

Screwdriver-only termination

Strip each solid or stranded conductor, insert into the green screw terminals and tighten — no crimp tool or welding required. The terminals can be reopened repeatedly for rewiring. Allow 45 mm clearance behind the plug for the down-bend radius.
