4-Port RCA AV Switch for Multiple Sources

The Vszerda AV-SW-4P connects four composite video and stereo audio sources to a single television or display. Push-button switching on the front panel selects the active input without menus or remote control. A metal enclosure provides shielding and durability for permanent installation. No external power supply or driver software is required for operation.

Check Composite Outputs and Cable Reach

Verify that each source device provides a standard yellow-red-white RCA output matching the switch inputs. Confirm that the combined cable runs from sources to switch and from switch to display fit the available space. The unit accepts four sets of stereo audio inputs and four composite video inputs, routing one selected set to the single output pair. No power outlet is needed at the switch location.

Suits Legacy Console and Media Collections

This switch serves users with multiple older game consoles, DVD players, VCRs or set-top boxes that only offer composite connections. It is not suited for installations requiring HDMI, component, S-Video or digital audio interfaces. Buyers needing automatic switching, remote control or upscaling to higher resolutions should consider a different device class. The passive design supports video bandwidth up to 5.5 MHz and audio range 10 Hz to 20 kHz.

Questions about this item

What cables come in the box and do I need to buy extra RCA leads?

The package includes the switch box only; you must supply four sets of yellow-red-white RCA cables for the sources and one set for the TV.

There is only one model listed, so how do I decide which version to pick?

Only the AV-SW-4P with four composite inputs and one output is offered; choose it if you need to connect four analogue AV devices to a single display.

The spec mentions 1024x768 at 85 Hz — what does that mean for my retro consoles?

That figure describes the video bandwidth capability (5.5 MHz); composite sources such as PS2, Wii or DVD players run at standard-definition resolutions well within that limit.
