Vszerda Cat 7 Flat Ethernet Cable 20M

The Vszerda Cat 7 flat Ethernet cable is a 20 metre patch cord built for 10 Gigabit networks. It uses 32 AWG multi-strand bare copper conductors in an SSTP construction with gold-plated RJ45 connectors. The white flat jacket makes it easy to route under carpets or along walls without tangling.

Suits home and office runs up to 20 metres

This cable suits gamers, streamers and office users who need a 20 metre link for 10 Gbps gaming, 4K streaming or server access. The flat profile helps in tight spaces where round cables kink. Buyers needing longer permanent links or in-wall runs rated for higher bandwidth should look at alternative cable types.

Category 7 SSTP shielding at 600 MHz

The defining specification is the Cat 7 SSTP shielding rated to 600 MHz, which supports 10 000 Mbps data rates over the full 20 metre length. This shielding level determines whether the cable meets the noise immunity required for 10 Gigabit Ethernet in typical residential and small business environments.

Questions about this item

Does my router need a 10 Gigabit RJ45 port to use the full 10000Mbps speed?

The cable supports up to 10000Mbps and 600MHz bandwidth, but actual throughput depends on your router and network equipment also supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet.

Will this flat Cat 7 cable work with my older Cat 5e wall outlets and patch panel?

Yes, it is backward compatible with Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 6A systems, so it connects to existing RJ45 jacks without adapters.

How can I confirm the link is running at 10 Gigabit after I plug it in?

Check the connection status on your PC, console or switch — it should show a 10 Gbps link speed and the gold-plated RJ45 LEDs will indicate an active Gigabit-or-higher connection.
