Vszerda Cat 8 Flat Braided Cable

This Vszerda Cat 8 Ethernet cable is a 6.6 ft network cord built for high-speed LAN connections. It uses 26 AWG copper conductors arranged in four shielded twisted pairs with an overall aluminium foil layer. The flat, cotton-braided jacket makes routing under carpets or along baseboards simple. Gold-plated RJ45 connectors complete the link.

Suits gamers and streamers needing low-latency

The cable fits any device with an RJ45 port, including PCs, consoles, routers and smart TVs. It is backward compatible with Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 6e equipment. Buyers who require longer runs, in-wall rated jackets or angled connectors should look at other options.

40 Gbps at 2000 MHz bandwidth

The headline specification is a certified 40 Gbps data rate at 2000 MHz bandwidth. That combination of speed and shielding is the single figure that tells you whether the link will saturate a multi-gigabit port without crosstalk.

Questions about this item

What does the 40Gbps rating actually deliver when the cable is connected to my router and PC?

The cable supports up to 40Gbps and 2000MHz bandwidth, but real-world speed depends on your router, modem, network card and ISP service.

How does the Cat 8 classification and RJ45 connector limit the maximum throughput in practice?

Cat 8 with RJ45 connectors is rated for 40Gbps at 2000MHz; the connector itself does not reduce that ceiling, but the linked devices must also support Cat 8 speeds.

Will the 6.6ft flat braided cable fit under a door or along a skirting board without damage?

The 6.6ft flat, cotton-braided design is thin and flexible, making it easy to route under doors or along skirting boards without kinking.
