This pack contains five new USB-C female sockets that convert to a 4-pin 2.54 mm pitch header for internal DIY projects. Each connector carries USB 2.0 data at 480 Mbps and up to DC 5 V power with a 15 W ceiling. The reversible Type-C plug works with phones, tablets, laptops and other USB-C peripherals for combined power and data. The pinout is limited to USB 2.0 signalling and 5 V supply, so Power Delivery negotiation is not supported.

Solder-ready vertical header for custom boards

The 2.54 mm pitch header pins are spaced for standard prototyping grids, allowing straightforward hand-soldering onto perfboard or a custom PCB. Vertical orientation keeps the USB-C port facing outward from the board edge. No crimp tool or pre-made harness is required, but basic soldering skill and flux are needed for reliable joints. The small contact count means there is no shielding or configuration-channel wiring, so the adapter cannot support USB 3.x speeds or PD handshakes.
