Converts optical or coaxial digital PCM audio to analogue RCA and 3.5 mm outputs simultaneously with plug-and-play setup
The Vszerda converter transforms digital optical Toslink or coaxial signals into analog stereo output through both RCA and 3.5mm jack connectors simultaneously. It accepts uncompressed two-channel LPCM or PCM streams and requires the source device to be set to PCM or LPCM because 5.1 channel audio is not supported. The unit is powered by a 5V 1A supply via a 5.5mm USB cable which is not included in the package.
Sampling rates of 32, 44.1, 48 and 96 KHz at 24-bit depth are processed continuously without electromagnetic noise interference. The converter draws a maximum of 0.5W during operation so thermal load remains negligible even during extended playback sessions. No switching or configuration is required once the correct PCM output mode is selected on the source equipment.
A full metal housing weighing 90g measures 75 by 55 by 22mm and provides shielding for the internal circuitry. One Toslink and one coaxial input sit alongside dual RCA left/right outputs and a single 3.5mm jack for headphones or powered speakers. The fixed 5.5mm power port demands a dedicated 5V 1A adapter and cannot accept alternative plugs.

Yes, at just 0.5 W maximum consumption the unit generates very little heat and stays cool during continuous operation.
You need either a Toslink or coaxial digital audio cable for input, plus RCA or 3.5 mm cables for output, and a 5 V 1 A USB power adapter (not included).
The converter outputs uncompressed 2-channel LPCM/PCM at those exact rates, so it is fully compatible with legacy stereo amplifiers.
