10 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable for high-refresh
This 10 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable links a graphics card or laptop to a monitor with a male-to-male connection. It handles 32.4 Gbps HBR3 bandwidth so 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz are all supported. The cable suits gamers chasing high frame rates and professionals who need 8K clarity on a single link.
HBR3 bandwidth with DSC.
The cable implements DisplayPort 1.4 features including Display Stream Compression, Forward Error Correction and HDR metadata transport. It carries up to 32 audio channels for 7.1 or 5.1 uncompressed sound. HDCP 2.2 and 1.4, DPCP 1.0 and Multi-Stream Transport are also supported, so protected content and daisy-chained displays work without extra adapters.
30 AWG tinned copper with latching DisplayPort plugs
Conductors are 30 AWG tinned copper terminated in standard DisplayPort male connectors with latching tabs. The plugs fit DP, DP++ and DisplayPort++ ports on monitors from brands such as Samsung, BenQ, Dell, HP, Asus and Acer. Backwards compatibility with DisplayPort 1.3, 1.2, 1.1 and 1.0 means older screens still connect, though at their native limits.

Questions about this item
Will the 30 AWG tinned-copper conductors need replacement after frequent bending?
The 30 AWG tinned-copper wires are rated for normal desktop routing; avoid tight kinks or repeated sharp bends to prevent conductor fatigue over time.
What bandwidth ceiling appears first when running 8K at 60 Hz continuously?
The link caps at 32.4 Gbps HBR3, so 8K 60 Hz uses the full pipe; any higher resolution or refresh would require compression or a faster standard.
Does the cable or its connectors get warm during all-day 4K 144 Hz gaming?
Passive copper DisplayPort cables carry only signal current, so they stay at ambient temperature even during extended high-refresh sessions.
