DMS-59 to Dual DisplayPort Adapter

This Vszerda cable splits a DMS-59 male output on a graphics card into two DisplayPort female connectors. The 25 cm length suits compact chassis and workstation builds. It enables dual-monitor setups from a single legacy port without extra brackets or adapters.

Suitable for legacy multi-monitor setups

Ideal for IT teams upgrading monitors while retaining older DMS-59 equipped cards in desktop or rackmount systems. Not intended for users who require native DisplayPort outputs or higher bandwidth than the source port provides. Buyers needing audio passthrough or active signal conversion should verify compatibility first.

25 cm DMS-59 male to dual DisplayPort female

The 25 cm cable bridges a DMS-59 plug to two DisplayPort sockets for simultaneous dual-display operation. It carries video signals only and relies on the graphics card to drive both outputs. Confirm your card supports dual independent displays over DMS-59 before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does the 25 cm splitter cable need any periodic replacement or maintenance?

The passive cable has no moving parts or active electronics, so it does not require scheduled replacement or maintenance under normal use.

What limits how many monitors the DMS-59 splitter can drive simultaneously?

The DMS-59 connector on the graphics card carries two independent display channels, so the splitter is limited to two DisplayPort monitors at once.

Does the adapter generate noticeable heat or draw extra power when running all day?

It is a passive copper cable with no power circuitry, so it produces no measurable heat and adds no power draw beyond the signals from the graphics card.
