Connects two HDMI sources to one display at up to 8K 60 Hz and 48 Gbps, includes three 1.0 m cables, and switches with a button press
The Vszerda HDMI 2.1 KVM switch routes signals from two HDMI sources to a single display. It supports 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz with bandwidth up to 48 Gbps. HDCP and SST are supported and the unit is backward compatible with earlier HDMI standards. A USB 5 V power connection is required for operation.
The switch suits users who need to share one monitor between a gaming PC and a console or between two laptops. It does not suit anyone who wants both sources visible at the same time because only one output is active. Buyers who need to drive two displays simultaneously should look at a different type of device.
Three 1.0 metre HDMI 2.1 cables are included so the switch can be used immediately without buying separate leads. The cables are rated for the full 48 Gbps bandwidth needed for 8K 60 Hz signals. Having matched cables removes the risk of signal loss that can occur with older or uncertified leads.

You must use standard HDMI 2.1 cables rated for 48Gbps to achieve 8K@60Hz; the three included 1.0m cables meet that spec.
Yes, the switch is backward compatible with earlier HDMI standards, so a 4K@60Hz display will function normally.
The indicator lights on the switch show which of the two inputs is currently routed to the display.
