What it captures

The Vszerda HU-03C accepts HDMI sources up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and records at 1080p 60 fps through a USB-C connection. It works with consoles such as PS4, Xbox One and Switch, plus cameras and set-top boxes. No driver installation is required on Windows, Mac OS, Android or Linux.

Capacity and headroom

Input resolution reaches 4K 60 Hz while output stays at 1080p 60 fps, so high-frame-rate sources are downscaled for streaming or recording. The USB 2.0 link limits throughput, making it unsuitable for raw 4K capture or multi-channel workflows. It handles typical live broadcasting and lesson recording without frame drops.

Thermals noise and power

An aluminium alloy shell passively dissipates heat from the compact 18.5 cm by 2.3 cm body. The device draws power directly from the host USB-C port, so no external supply is needed and there is no fan noise. In normal use it remains cool and silent during extended sessions.

Questions about this item

Will the capture card's 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz HDMI input work with my older 1080p gaming console?

Yes, the HDMI input accepts up to 4K at 60 Hz and will downscale the signal to 1080p at 60 fps for recording or streaming on your computer.

How can I verify the 1080p 60 fps capture is working correctly after I connect everything?

Open OBS or VLC, add a new video capture device source, and confirm the preview shows smooth 1080p footage at 60 fps with no dropped frames.

Does the box include the HDMI cable and USB-C cable I need, or must I buy them separately?

The package contains the capture card, an instruction manual, and a USB-A 3.0 to USB-C adapter; you must supply your own HDMI cable and a USB-C cable if your computer lacks a USB-A port.
