A 4-port HDMI KVM switch lets you control four computers with one keyboard, mouse and monitor at 4K 60 Hz
This KVM switch lets one keyboard, mouse and monitor manage four HDMI sources such as PCs, laptops or consoles. It suits home offices, classrooms or small server rooms where desk space is limited and operators need quick access to several machines.
The metal chassis acts as a heatsink so the unit runs silently without a fan while consuming at most 2 W from the included 5 V supply. It operates reliably between -5 °C and 70 °C in humidity up to 90 %, making it suitable for warm equipment cabinets.
The 110 x 60 x 33 mm enclosure fits on a crowded desk and four 1.4 m USB cables reach nearby hosts. Two switching methods are provided: press the front-panel buttons or use the 2 m wired remote button module when the switch is tucked out of sight.

Connect each of the four PCs to the switch using the four included USB cables and HDMI leads, plug the 5V power adapter into the DC5V port, then link the single monitor, keyboard and mouse to the console ports; the step many miss is powering the unit before connecting the video sources so EDID / HDCP handshake completes correctly.
The switch has no user‑serviceable parts; keep the ventilation slots clear of dust and verify the 5V power adapter and the 1.4 m USB cables remain undamaged — if the external power supply or any cable fails, replace it with an equivalent 5V unit or USB 2.0 cable.
The 18Gbps HDMI 2.0 bandwidth ceiling is the first hard limit; it caps video to 4K@60Hz (or 1080P/3D at lower rates) and the switch draws a maximum of 2W, so thermal throttling is not a concern within the –5°C to +70°C operating range.
