8-Port KVM Switch with Dual VGA Outputs

This 8-port KVM switch lets a single keyboard, mouse and one or two VGA monitors control up to eight computers or compatible video sources. It is designed for operators who manage multiple systems from one desk in data centres, control rooms, trading floors or test labs. A 12 V 1 A power adapter and an IR remote with extension cable are included for convenient placement.

Replaces individual keyboards.

The switch consolidates eight separate workstations into one console, reducing desk clutter and hardware cost. The upgrade is worthwhile when you routinely access several machines — servers, PCs, set-top boxes or projectors — and need instant switching without unplugging cables. Eight combined USB and VGA cables are supplied so every connected system is ready immediately.

Limited to VGA video at 1920x1440

Maximum resolution is 1920x1440, so higher-resolution digital displays cannot be driven at their native quality. The USB ports operate at 2.0 speeds, which restricts bandwidth for high-throughput devices. Audio cables are not included, and the unit does not convert signals for modern digital interfaces such as HDMI or DisplayPort.
