Two-computer DisplayPort 1.4 KVM switch sharing one monitor at up to 8K 60 Hz or 4K 144 Hz plus four USB 3.0 peripherals
This Vszerda MT-KD2S switch lets two computers share one DisplayPort monitor and four USB 3.0 peripherals. It supports resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz, plus lower rates such as 4K at 120 Hz and 1080p. The unit draws power from two supplied USB-A to USB-C cables and requires no driver installation on Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, macOS or Linux Ubuntu. It is not a USB-C KVM switch.
The device runs on 5 volts supplied through the included USB-A to USB-C cables, so no external power brick is needed. With no fans or moving parts, it adds no audible noise to the desk. Power consumption stays within the limits of a standard USB port, leaving the host computers' power supplies unaffected during normal switching use.
Four USB 3.0 ports provide up to 5 Gbps bandwidth for flash drives, printers or mobile hard drives, while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices at 480 Mbps. A wired desktop controller is included for one-touch switching without reaching for the unit. The package also supplies two USB-A to USB-C cables for power and data, a separate USB-A to USB-C power cable and a user guide; DisplayPort cables are not included.

Connect each computer to the switch with one of the included USB A-to-C cables for power and data, link each computer's DisplayPort output to the two DP inputs, attach your monitor to the single DP output, then plug keyboard, mouse and other peripherals into the four USB 3.0 ports; the desktop controller lets you toggle between systems.
No scheduled maintenance is required; the only parts that may wear are the two USB A-to-C power cables and any DisplayPort cables you supply — replace them if connectors loosen or signal drops appear.
The 8K 60 Hz signal is only guaranteed with DP 1.4 cables no longer than 3.3 ft (1 m) AWG30; longer or thinner cables will cause the link to fall back to 4K 144 Hz or lower.
