A USB 3.0 HDMI KVM switch lets two computers share one monitor, keyboard, mouse and four USB 3.0 ports at up to 4K 60 Hz or 2K 144 Hz
The Vszerda MT-KH2S3 lets two computers share one HDMI monitor, keyboard, mouse and two USB 3.0 devices. It supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz, 2K at 144 Hz and 1080P at 240 Hz with HDCP 2.2 compliance. Compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.
Three USB-A ports and one USB-C port allow flash drives, printers and mobile hard drives to be accessed from either connected computer. No extra hub is required for common peripherals. Switching between systems is done by a front-panel button or the included wired remote.
The HDMI 2.0 interface limits 4K output to 60 Hz, so higher refresh rates are only available at 2K or 1080P resolutions. EDID adaptation is automatic, but the physical link cannot carry 4K at 144 Hz. Two HDMI monitor ports are provided for the single shared display.

The switch uses plug-and-play EDID handling and has no updatable firmware, so the four USB 3.0 ports require no maintenance.
The HDMI 2.0 link caps the shared monitor at 4K 60 Hz or 2K 144 Hz, so that bandwidth ceiling is the first limit you hit.
The aluminium chassis passively dissipates the few watts drawn by the HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0 circuitry, so it stays silent and only warm to the touch.
