Four-computer HDMI KVM switch

The Vszerda NW-841 lets four computers share one monitor, keyboard and mouse plus four USB 3.0 peripherals. Push-button or wired remote switching changes the active PC within a 1.5 metre range. No hot-key switching is supported.

8K60 and 4K120 video support

The single specification that decides fit is the maximum video bandwidth: 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz over HDMI 2.1 cables. Each computer and the monitor must provide an HDMI port to reach these resolutions.

Four USB 3.0 ports for peripherals

The integrated hub handles flash drives, printers, scanners and similar USB 3.0 devices at full speed. Bandwidth runs out when multiple high-throughput drives transfer simultaneously, so heavy storage arrays need a separate host connection.

Questions about this item

What does the 120 Hz figure mean for my monitor setup?

It means the switch can pass a 4K signal at 120 Hz from any connected computer to your display, provided the source, cable and monitor all support that rate.

Which HDMI standard limits the 8K@60 Hz capability?

HDMI 2.1 cables are required to reach 8K at 60 Hz; with older cables the link will fall back to a lower resolution or refresh rate.

How much desk depth does the wired remote need?

The included wired remote cable is 1.5 m long, so allow at least that much reach from the switch to your preferred switching position.
