Splitter for Cat 5–7 cables

This RJ45 adapter splits one female port into two female ports so two devices can share a single Ethernet line at the same time. It supports Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 7 patch cables and draws power from a 1.2 m USB cable that supplies 3.3 V. The splitter body measures 4 cm by 3.5 cm by 2.1 cm with a 0.8 m lead.

100 Mbps per port headroom

Each of the two outputs is limited to 100 Mbps, so the adapter suits basic internet access, streaming boxes and office tasks but not gigabit LAN transfers. The built-in shielded PCB and gold-plated pins keep the two signal paths isolated and stable. Bandwidth cannot exceed the 100 Mbps ceiling on either port.

USB-powered inline adapter

The unit needs the included 1.2 m USB power cable connected to a charger or powered port; it will not function without external power.
