Tool-free enclosure connects M.2 NVMe and SATA SSDs up to 8 TB via USB 3.1 Gen 2 at 10 Gbps
This enclosure accepts M.2 NVME PCIe and M.2 SATA SSDs with M-Key or B+M connectors in 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths. It works with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android and IOS systems. Buyers needing B-Key only drives, M.2 PCIe AHCI SSDs, mSATA modules or non-M.2 form factors cannot use this adapter.
The aluminium alloy body acts as a heatsink to keep the SSD cool during extended transfers. No fan is included and no active cooling is required. Power is drawn from the host USB port so no external supply is needed.
A tool-free sliding tray lets you install or swap drives in seconds. The included cable provides both USB-C and USB-A connectors for direct connection to either port type. The drive receives power and data through the single USB link, freeing internal drive bays and SATA cables inside the chassis.

Slide the SSD into the M-Key or B+M slot at a slight angle, press down until it clicks into the tool-free latch, then snap the aluminium cover shut; no screwdriver is required.
The included USB 3.1 Gen 2 cable is detachable, so only the cable itself needs replacing; the aluminium enclosure and tool-free latch remain serviceable.
The USB 3.1 Gen 2 interface caps sustained throughput at 10 Gbps, so real-world sequential transfers plateau at that bandwidth regardless of the NVME SSD’s own rating.
