Eight-computer KVM switch shares one HDMI monitor at 3840x2160@30Hz with push-button or hotkey switching and USB 2.0 peripheral ports
The Vszerda STK-S7811H-CCC lets one keyboard, mouse and monitor control up to eight computers. It supports video resolutions up to 3840 by 2160 at 30 Hz with adaptive EDID for automatic display handshake. Two USB 2.0 ports allow sharing peripherals such as flash drives or printers across all connected hosts. The unit weighs 1.03 kilograms.
Instead of equipping every workstation with its own display and input devices, this switch consolidates control to a single console. The jump is worth it when desk space is limited or when managing multiple servers, workstations or test benches from one position. It does not suit buyers who need simultaneous multi-monitor output or who require video bandwidth higher than 30 Hz at 4K resolution.
Switch ports by pressing the front-panel buttons or by using a keyboard hotkey sequence; the status LED shows the active port. For hotkey operation the keyboard and mouse must be plugged into the dedicated K/M ports, not the USB 2.0 ports. Common issues arise when users connect input devices to the peripheral ports and find hotkey switching unresponsive.
