- Dual HDMI and VGA outputs work simultaneously
- Connect two displays from one USB-C port
- Plug-and-play operation with no driver installation
- HDMI delivers up to 4K 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz
- VGA supports up to 1920 x 1200 at 30 Hz
Dual 4K and 1080P output
This Vszerda adapter converts a single USB-C port into simultaneous HDMI and VGA outputs. It supports Thunderbolt 3 hosts and works with laptops such as the MacBook Pro and iMac 2017. No driver installation is required and the reversible connector simplifies insertion.
Sustained 30 Hz operation
Both video streams maintain their rated refresh rates during extended sessions. The HDMI port delivers 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz while the VGA port outputs 1920 x 1200 at 30 Hz without thermal throttling or frame drops.
Bandwidth ceiling at 30 Hz
The shared USB-C link limits both ports to a 30 Hz maximum regardless of the attached display capabilities. Higher refresh rates or resolutions beyond 3840 x 2160 are not supported by this adapter.

Questions about this item
Does the adapter get hot or draw much power when driving a 4K 30 Hz HDMI display and a 1080P VGA monitor all day?
It is a compact passive dongle with no fan; typical warmth is mild and power draw comes only from the host USB-C port, so it stays cool during continuous dual-display use.
What must my laptop already have for this adapter to work — a specific port or protocol?
Your device needs a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt 3 video output; plain USB-C charging-only ports will not drive the HDMI or VGA outputs.
Will this work alongside an older 1080P VGA projector I still use while also running a newer 4K HDMI screen?
Yes — the HDMI port delivers up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz and the VGA port up to 1920 x 1200 at 30 Hz simultaneously, so both legacy and modern displays run together.
