This Vszerda cable converts a VGA output into S-Video and composite video signals. It is intended for graphics cards that already include a TV-OUT function on their VGA port. Without that function the adapter will not produce a picture.

The adapter itself contains no conversion chip; it only routes the existing signals to a 4-pin S-Video socket and three RCA jacks for composite video plus left and right audio. If the card lacks TV-OUT, a different active converter is required.
