Who should not use this

Buyers needing a different output voltage or a barrel connector not listed above cannot use this unit. It is not a battery and does not charge internal cells. Devices requiring higher wattage or a proprietary multi-pin connector should look elsewhere.

The deciding specification

The fixed 19V output and the exact model compatibility list determine fit. If your device appears in the supported models the adapter will work; if it does not, it will not.

Questions about this item

What AC plug type does the WAWEIS 19V adapter use for wall connection?

The adapter accepts a standard C5 cloverleaf mains lead, which is not included in the 10 ft total cord length quoted for the DC side.

Which step do users often miss when installing this Gateway-compatible charger?

Many forget to seat the barrel connector fully into the laptop's DC jack until it clicks; a loose fit triggers the over-current protection and stops charging.

When should the 10 ft power cord on this WAWEIS unit be replaced?

Replace the cord if the insulation shows cracking, the C5 plug pins are bent, or the strain relief at either end becomes exposed after repeated bending.
