Compatible replacement adapter for FBS PSK651

This new WAWEIS AC/DC adapter is built as a direct replacement for the FBS PSK651 power supply unit. It accepts a worldwide input range of 100-240VAC at 50/60Hz and includes a total cord length of 10 Ft. The unit carries FCC, CE and RoHS certifications and integrates over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and total power protection. A smart chip provides overheating protection while isolation materials reduce interference.

For owners of Pride lift chairs using

Buyers needing a compatible mains charger for the specified Pride lift chair model will find this adapter matches the required connection and voltage profile. The 10 Ft cable offers flexibility for positioning the chair away from the wall outlet. Users whose equipment demands a different connector polarity, a higher current rating or a three-prong grounded inlet should look at alternative power supplies.

10 Ft total cord length decides placement freedom

The single specification that determines whether this unit fits the installation is the combined 10 Ft power cord length. Measure the distance from the mains socket to the chair's charging port before ordering; if the run exceeds this figure the adapter will not reach without an extension lead, which is not supplied.

Questions about this item

How do I install this adapter and what step do people often miss?

Plug the 2-prong mains plug into a 100-240VAC 50/60Hz outlet, then connect the output to the FBS PSK651 power supply; the step often missed is verifying the chair's charging port matches the connector before routing the 10 Ft cord.

What maintenance or replacement will this adapter need later?

The adapter has no user-serviceable parts; if the 10 Ft cord insulation frays or the over-current, over-voltage or short-circuit protections activate repeatedly, replace the whole unit.

What limit appears first during sustained charging of the lift chair?

Continuous operation is limited by the built-in thermal protection; if the smart chip detects overheating it will shut down output until the adapter cools.
