What this adapter powers

The WAWEIS AC adapter replaces the original charger for HP OMEN 15-CE001TX and 15-CE002LA laptops. It delivers 100-240VAC 50/60Hz world-wide input voltage so the unit works on mains supplies across different regions. The package includes a 10 Ft long power cord for flexible outlet placement. It is a new, 100% compatible replacement built with quality materials.

What the safety features change

Over current protection, total power protection, over voltage protection and short circuit protection guard the laptop and the adapter itself during unexpected mains events. Smart chip overheating protection and anti-interference isolation materials add further stability during extended charging sessions. These safeguards mean the charger can stay connected through voltage fluctuations without risking damage to the notebook.

Limits of the barrel connector interface

The round barrel plug fits only the two OMEN models listed; it will not mate with USB-C charging ports or other HP laptops that use a different connector size. The fixed output voltage and current are tuned to those specific machines, so the adapter cannot be repurposed for devices that require a different power profile. Buyers needing a universal or multi-tip charger should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 10 ft power cord need replacing if the insulation cracks?

The 10 ft cord is a fixed part of the adapter; if the insulation is damaged the whole unit must be replaced.

What is the maximum continuous input voltage the adapter can handle?

The wide-range input is rated up to 240 VAC, so sustained mains voltage at or below that level is within specification.

Does the smart chip and overload protection keep the adapter cool during all-day use?

The smart chip provides overheating protection and the safety features include over-current and short-circuit protection for continuous operation.
