The Weller PL350 is a 1/4 inch thread-on chisel tip made from iron-plated copper. It fits Weller handpiece models 7400, 7500, 7760 and 7770 for general soldering work. The tip width measures 10.14 mm and the tip length is 16.76 mm. It is not ESD safe.

Threaded 1/4 inch connection limits

The threaded 1/4 inch connection only works with the listed Weller handpiece models. It cannot be used with stations that use push-in or other proprietary tip mounts. Maximum operating temperature reaches 1,100 degrees F for high-heat applications. Buyers needing ESD-safe tips or different tip geometries must select another series.

Replaces worn PL series chisel tips

This tip directly replaces worn or damaged PL series chisel tips on compatible Weller stations. The jump is worth it when the existing tip no longer wets properly or holds temperature. It does not upgrade the station itself or add features such as ESD protection. Users with non-Weller handpieces or different thread sizes cannot use this tip.
