Target MacBook Pro Models

This hard-shell folio fits Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch models released in 2016 2017 and 2018 bearing model numbers A1989 A1706 or A1708. It is made for owners of those specific machines who want a leather-look cover that doubles as a stand.

Thermal Design and Daily Use

Unique cooling channels in the case allow airflow around the chassis while the laptop is closed or propped open. No magnets are used so the battery is not affected and the MacBook runs at its normal temperature and noise levels.

Build Details and Everyday Implications

Premium PU leather wraps a soft interior lining with precise stitching and elastic corner bands that lock the device in place. The folio opens flat and folds back into a stable viewing angle for typing or watching. Buyers with any other MacBook size or model cannot use this case.

Questions about this item

How do I install the elastic bands so the MacBook Pro 13 A1989 A1706 A1708 stays secure?

Slide each corner of the laptop under the four elastic bands on the interior lining; the step people miss is seating all four corners before closing the folio so the device cannot shift.

What part of the Werleo A1989 case will need replacement first with daily use?

The elastic corner bands lose tension over time and are the first component that typically requires replacement to keep the MacBook Pro 13 A1706 A1708 A1989 held firmly.

What limit appears first when the stand is used for long typing sessions on the MacBook Pro 13 2016 2017 2018?

The fixed stand angle cannot be adjusted, so wrist comfort becomes the limiting factor during extended typing on the MacBook Pro 13 A1989 A1706 A1708.
