#10 Business Envelope, 25% Cotton Bond

These #10 business envelopes measure 4.125 by 9.5 inches and use 24 lb paper with 25% cotton bond. The 93% brightness white stock carries a light cockle finish and a watermark. Each box contains 500 envelopes with a diagonal seam, flap-down design and remoistening seal.

Suited for formal correspondence and letterhead

The cotton bond and watermark suit professional letters, invoices and stationery sets that want a textured, prestigious feel. The standard #10 size fits typical tri-fold letter sheets. Buyers who need window envelopes, coloured stock or a heavier weight should look at other options.

500 envelopes per box, 2500 per carton

A single box handles routine office mailing for weeks, while the 2500-count carton covers high-volume campaigns or multi-department supply. The 24 lb stock feeds reliably through most desktop printers and copiers. Very large mailings or automated inserting lines may require fan-fold or continuous formats instead.

Questions about this item

What size printer tray do I need for the 4.125 x 9.5 inch #10 envelopes?

A standard #10 envelope measures 4.125 by 9.5 inches, so the printer tray must accept that exact width and length without curling the flap.

Will the 25% cotton bond paper feed reliably in an older laser printer?

The 24 lb 25% cotton bond stock is rated for laser and inkjet use; older rollers may need cleaning to grip the light cockle texture consistently.

How can I verify the 93% brightness and watermark after printing?

Hold a printed envelope to a light source — the watermark should be visible through the 93% bright white sheet, confirming the correct stock.
