Standard #10 Business Envelopes

These #10 open end envelopes measure 4.125 x 9.5 inches and use 28# white Kraft paper with a vellum finish. The center seam construction provides a clean, professional appearance for daily mailing tasks. Each box contains 500 envelopes and weighs 8.5 lbs.

Suited for high-volume office mailing

This format fits standard letter sheets folded into thirds and works with most inserting machines. The remoistening seal secures contents without extra supplies. Buyers who need window envelopes or a different paper weight should look at other options.

Bulk packaging simplifies restocking

The 500-count box reduces order frequency for busy mailrooms and the 2500-count carton supports larger operations. SFI certified paper confirms responsible forestry sourcing. The flap-down design keeps stacks neat on shelves and in feed trays.

Questions about this item

What paper size fits through the open end of these #10 envelopes?

Standard letter sheets fold to insert through the 4.125 by 9.5 inch opening.

Will the remoistening seal hold if I use a desktop moistener instead of licking each flap?

Yes, the gummed flap activates with any water source, so a sponge moistener works the same way.
