Product Identity

This #10 envelope is designed for everyday business correspondence and bulk mailings. The open window displays the recipient address without extra printing. A box of 500 units suits offices, schools and organisations that send high volumes of mail.

Paper Quality and Environmental Profile

The stock is 24# weight with a vellum finish and 92% brightness for clean, professional appearance. It contains 30% post-consumer recycled content and is acid free for long-term document preservation. The white colour ensures readability for both printed and handwritten addresses.

Durability in Continuous Use

The recycled fibre construction holds up during extended print runs and repeated handling in mailroom equipment. Acid-free paper resists yellowing and brittleness over time, keeping archived correspondence legible. The open window remains clear and properly aligned through high-volume processing. Not suited for buyers who need heavier stock or security tinting.

Questions about this item

How do I load the #10 envelopes into my printer so the 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" size feeds straight?

Set the paper guide to the exact 4-1/8" width and choose the envelope setting in the driver; the open window must face down and trail last to avoid jams on the cut-out edge.

Will the 30% post-consumer recycled 24# vellum stock yellow or curl after months in storage?

The acid-free 92% brightness paper resists yellowing; keep the box sealed in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture curl on the 24# vellum finish.

At what volume does the open window adhesive start to fail during a long print run?

The gummed flap and window patch are rated for standard office runs; beyond several hundred continuous feeds the heat can soften adhesive on the cut-out window area.
