Professional Mailing Envelopes

These number 10 envelopes measure 4-1/8 by 9-1/2 inches and come in a box of 500. The 24 pound white sulphite stock carries SFI certification and a 92 percent brightness rating with a vellum finish. Two poly windows and a blue Wesco inside tint keep contents private while showing addresses. Diagonal seam construction adds strength for everyday office mailing.

Suited for High-Volume Business Mail

Accounting firms, billing departments and any office sending statements or invoices in bulk will value the double-window layout and security tint. Operations that need larger catalog envelopes, padded mailers or non-window styles should choose a different format. The fixed window positions also limit use for custom-printed forms that place addresses elsewhere.

Consistent Through Long Print Runs

The 24 pound stock feeds reliably through laser and inkjet printers during extended batches without curling or jamming. Vellum finish resists smudging as pages exit hot, keeping addresses legible on the last envelope as on the first. Blue tint remains opaque even after prolonged handling, so confidential data stays hidden from sorting to delivery.

Questions about this item

What paper size must I already use for these #10 envelopes to fit correctly?

These are standard #10 envelopes sized at 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" and are designed for letter-size sheets folded into thirds.

Will the double poly windows show through if I keep using older single-window letterhead?

The double-window layout exposes two separate address areas, so single-window letterhead will only align with one window and leave the second window blank.

How can I confirm the 92% brightness white stock is printing cleanly after setup?

Print a test sheet and check for sharp text on the 24# white sulphite vellum finish with no show-through of the blue Wesco inside tint.
