WESTERN STATES Open Side Booklet Envelope 6 x 9 24# 30% Recycled White Vellum 500/Box

Envelope Format and Recycled Content

These open-side booklet envelopes measure 6 by 9 inches and use 24-pound stock with 30 percent post-consumer recycled fibre. The white vellum finish delivers 92 percent brightness while the acid-free paper helps preserve documents over time. Side-seam construction and a remoistening seal complete the standard specification.

Office Workflow Integration

The flap-down design feeds cleanly through typical office printers and inserting machines without the window that can jam feed rollers. A box of 500 envelopes fits on a standard shelf and reduces reorder frequency for daily mailing tasks. Side seams keep the front panel flat for addressing labels or printed indicia.

Capacity Limits and Fit

Each box weighs 11 pounds and contains 500 envelopes, while a master carton holds 2500 units for bulk storage. The 6 by 9 inch format accommodates folded letter sheets and standard brochures but cannot hold unfolded A4 or legal pages. Heavier multi-page inserts may exceed the 24-pound stock's tear resistance.
