Professional correspondence envelope

Western States #10 envelopes measure 4.125 by 9.5 inches and use 24-pound stock with 25 percent cotton content. The bright white finish rates 95 percent brightness and carries SFI certification. A diagonal seam and remoistening seal complete the standard business format.

Simple desk-ready installation

The box of 500 opens flat and feeds cleanly through most laser and inkjet trays thanks to the imaging finish. Humidity can curl the flap if the stack sits open for weeks, so reseal the carton between print runs. No window means no alignment hassle for full-bleed letterheads.

Suits daily office mailing

Ideal for invoices, statements and letterhead that benefit from cotton feel and archival brightness. Not suited for catalogues or bulky inserts that exceed the regular envelope profile. Buyers who need security tinting or peel-and-seal closure should look at a different specification.
