#10 Envelope with Blue Wesco Tint

These #10 envelopes measure 4.125 by 9.5 inches and come in a box of 500. They are made from 24 lb white sulphite paper that is SFI certified with a 92% brightness rating. The vellum finish and diagonal seam construction suit daily mailing tasks. A blue Wesco tint lines the interior for added security.

Replaces hand-stuffed or non-window envelopes

The C-style poly window measures 1-1/8 by 4-1/2 inches and sits 7/8 inch from the left and 1/2 inch from the bottom. This layout matches Neopost machine specifications so addresses show through without manual folding. The upgrade is worth it when mail volume justifies machine inserting and the tint protects confidential data.

Loads directly into compatible inserters

The flap-down design with remoistening seal feeds smoothly through Neopost equipment. Problems usually arise when the envelope stack exceeds the machine hopper capacity or when humidity curls the flap. Store boxes flat and fan the stack before loading to prevent double feeds.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the envelope so I can confirm it fits my Neopost inserter?

The envelope measures 4.125 inches by 9.5 inches, matching the standard #10 size for Neopost machine insertion.

How do I load these envelopes correctly, and what is the common orientation mistake?

Load them flap down with the window facing up; the common error is inserting them flap up, which causes the remoistening seal to miss the moistener and the window to misalign with the reader.

When will I need to replace the box, and how many envelopes does a full carton contain?

Each box holds 500 envelopes; a master carton contains 2500 envelopes total, so plan replacement based on your monthly mailing volume.
