  • Standard #10 size fits common business correspondence

  • Diagonal seam construction strengthens the envelope edges
  • Box of 500 supplies high-volume mailing needs

Standard #10 Business Format

These #10 envelopes measure 4-1/8 by 9-1/2 inches and use 24 lb brown kraft stock for everyday mailing. The poly window displays recipient addresses cleanly without separate labels. A diagonal seam construction adds strength along the edges. They suit offices, schools and home offices handling routine correspondence.

Consistent Feeding And Durability

The 24 lb paper weight resists tearing during high-volume printer runs and mailroom handling. SFI certified sourcing means the fibre comes from responsibly managed forests. Vellum finish reduces static and helps sheets separate reliably in laser and inkjet trays. Diagonal seams keep the envelope square when stuffed with multi-page documents.

Replaces Plain Windowless Envelopes

Upgrade from standard closed-face envelopes when you need addresses to show through automatically. The C-style window sits 7/8 inch from the left and 1/2 inch from the bottom, matching common letter folds. Buyers who need larger catalog sizes, peel-and-seal closures or coloured stock should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much does a full box of 500 envelopes weigh for daily mailing runs?

Each envelope uses 24# Brown Kraft stock, so a full box of 500 has a noticeable but manageable weight for desk storage and postage calculation.

Do I need a specific printer or label format to address these envelopes?

The poly window measures 1-1/8" x 4-1/2" and sits 7/8" from the left and 1/2" from the bottom, so printed addresses must align with that C-style window position.

Will these #10 envelopes feed reliably through an older laser printer?

The diagonal seam construction and 24# vellum-finish kraft paper are designed for standard #10 sizing, which matches the feed path of most legacy office laser printers.
