Professional correspondence envelopes

These A-2 announcement envelopes measure 4.375 x 5.75 inches and use 28# Bright White sulphite paper with 96% brightness. The vellum imaging finish supports clean print results on both laser and inkjet devices. Each rigid box contains 250 envelopes with square flaps and remoistening seals.

Suits formal mailings and premium stationery

Buyers sending wedding invitations, business announcements or high-quality direct mail benefit from the stiff 28# stock and acid-free construction. Those needing window envelopes, security-tint lining or a lighter weight for high-volume postage savings should consider other options.

28# basis weight defines stiffness and opacity

The 28# sulphite sheet delivers a substantial feel and prevents show-through on double-sided prints. Lighter weights reduce rigidity and brightness, while heavier grades increase postage cost without a matching gain in print quality for typical announcement use.

Questions about this item

Does the 28# sulphite paper accept laser and inkjet printing without show-through?

The 28# bright white sulphite stock with vellum imaging finish is designed for laser and inkjet use; its weight and 96% brightness minimise show-through on double-sided prints.

Will these 4.375 x 5.75 inch envelopes fit in a standard desk tray or A7 organiser?

At 4.375 by 5.75 inches the A-2 size matches common A7 trays and organisers; the rigid non-collapsible box also stores flat in shallow drawers.

How do you seal the remoistening flap without it curling or sticking prematurely?

Apply a light, even moisture across the full flap length, press firmly for a few seconds, and store the box flap-down in its wrapped carton to keep adhesive fresh.
