Standard #10 business envelope

The WESTERN STATES #10 Poly Window Envelope measures 4.125 by 9.5 inches and uses 24 lb white sulphite paper with a vellum finish. Each box contains 500 envelopes suited for daily mailing tasks such as invoices, statements or direct-mail pieces. The poly window displays the recipient address without manual addressing.

Check window placement and sealing method

The C-style window sits 1-1/8 by 4-1/2 inches and is positioned 7/8 inch from the left edge and 1/2 inch from the bottom. Verify that your document layout aligns with this fixed window location before ordering. The envelopes use a remoistening seal and a side-seam construction with the flap down.

Consistent feed through high-volume runs

SFI certified 92% brightness stock maintains stiffness across the full 500-count box and the 2500-count carton. The vellum surface resists curling during extended print or inserting cycles. Two side seams under keep the envelope flat for reliable feeding in folder-inserter equipment.
