Standard #10 Business Envelopes

These #10 regular business envelopes measure 4.125 by 9.5 inches and come in a box of 500. They are suited for everyday mailing, invoices and correspondence in offices, schools or home workspaces. The white sulphite stock provides a clean, professional appearance for routine communications.

24 lb Vellum Sulphite Stock

The envelopes use 24 lb Western Sulphite paper with a 92% brightness rating and a vellum finish. This weight and finish combination determines whether the sheet feeds reliably through laser and inkjet printers while resisting show-through. SFI certification confirms the fibre sourcing meets sustainable forestry standards.

Side Seam Construction Under Load

Two side seams placed underneath the envelope body distribute stress evenly when the envelope is filled with multi-page documents. The construction resists splitting during automated inserting equipment runs and high-volume mailing campaigns. A 2 inch square flap with remoistening seal closes securely without adhesive strips.
