WESTERN STATES #10 Side Seam Inkjet Envelope White Digi-M Poly Window Flap Down Box of 500

#10 Side Seam Envelopes for High-Volume Mailing

These #10 side seam envelopes measure 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" and come in a hard box of 500. They are designed for businesses and offices that process large batches of correspondence. The white Digi-M stock provides a smooth finish optimised for inkjet printing.

Poly Window and C-Style Placement

Each envelope features a C-style poly window measuring 1-1/8" x 4-1/2", positioned 7/8" from the left edge and 1/2" from the bottom. This window allows recipient addresses to show through from the inserted document, removing the need to print directly on the envelope face. The poly material keeps the window clear during handling.

Remoistening Seal and Flat Storage

The flap-down design uses a traditional remoistening seal for closure. Two side seams run underneath the envelope body for structural integrity. The hard box keeps the stack flat and protected, preventing curl or damage that can cause feed issues in high-speed inkjet printers or inserters.
