Envelopes for High-Volume Mailing

These open-end catalog envelopes measure 10 by 13 inches and use a 25-pound white paper-poly-paper construction. The green diamond border and printed "First Class Mail" text appear on both the face and flap. Each box contains 500 envelopes and weighs 27 pounds.

Suited for Bulk First-Class Shipments

Offices sending flat documents, catalogues or promotional batches through first-class post will value the centre-seam strength and Kwik-Tak seal. Buyers needing window envelopes, heavier stock or a different border colour should look elsewhere.

Border and Seal Speed Up Processing

The pre-printed green diamond border removes the need for separate first-class markings. The Kwik-Tak flap adhesive activates without moisture, cutting preparation time for large mail-outs. The poly layer adds tear resistance during machine sorting.

Questions about this item

What envelope size and weight do I need to match the 10 x 13 inch 25# dimensions of this catalog envelope?

These envelopes measure 10 by 13 inches and use 25# paper stock, so any inserter, printer, or postage scale must accept that exact size and basis weight.

Will the green diamond border and "First Class Mail" printing interfere with address labels or postage meters I already use?

The border and "First Class Mail" text are pre-printed on the face and flap only, leaving the center area clear for labels, meter impressions, or handwritten addresses.

How can I confirm the box contains the full 500 count and the 27 lb weight stated for this product?

Count the envelopes in the box to reach 500 and weigh the sealed carton; it should read approximately 27 pounds on a calibrated scale.
