WESTERN STATES 12x16 18# Tyvek Booklet Envelope Green Border Box 100

What This Envelope Does

These 12 by 16 inch Tyvek booklet envelopes hold thick catalogues, manuals or multiple document sets that ordinary paper sleeves would tear. The two-inch expansion gusset lets the package breathe while the green diamond border and printed First Class markings keep mailing intent clear for office staff and fulfilment teams.

Durability Under Repeated Use

Spun-bonded olefin construction resists moisture, punctures and the friction of high-volume sorting machines better than standard paper stock. The centre-seam design distributes stress evenly across the flap, so the envelope keeps its seal through automated feeders and hand-sorting cycles alike.

Postal Interface Limits

First Class Mail service accepts this size and weight class without surcharge, yet the envelope exceeds the thickness allowance for letter-rate automation. Shippers must present it as a flat or parcel, and international customers should verify destination-country dimensional limits before sealing.
