SKU CH-G9ND-N59FZ

Box of 500 white sulphite envelopes with a cellophane window and diagonal seam

  • SFI certified paper supports responsible forestry
  • 92% brightness gives crisp document presentation
  • Vellum finish provides smooth professional feel
  • Diagonal seam construction adds mailing durability
  • Cellophane window shows address without opening

Standard Business Size

These #6-3/4 envelopes measure 3.625 by 6.5 inches and use 24 lb white sulphite paper with a vellum finish. The cellophane window sits 3/4 inch from the left edge and 7/16 inch from the bottom, sized to show a standard address block. Each box contains 500 envelopes with a remoistening seal on the diagonal seam flap.

Window Constraints

The fixed window position and 1-1/8 by 4-3/4 inch opening limit the envelope to documents formatted with the address in that exact location. The cellophane material is not compatible with laser printers that generate high fuser heat, so the envelopes should only be used for pre-printed or hand-addressed mail. Buyers needing full-page inserts or custom window placement cannot use this format.

Simple Manual Use

No equipment is required; the envelopes are loaded by hand into a tray or fed individually. The diagonal seam and standard flap work with most desktop moisteners, though the light 24 lb stock can curl in humid conditions and cause occasional double-feeds. Overfilling the output tray leads to flap sticking, so batches should be removed promptly.

Questions about this item

What does the 24 lb paper weight mean for everyday mailing?

The 24 lb sulphite stock gives a crisp, professional feel that resists show-through and handles automatic inserting equipment without jamming.

How does the 1-1/8 x 4-3/4 inch window align with standard address blocks?

The A-style window sits 3/4 inch from the left and 7/16 inch from the bottom, matching common cheque and invoice layouts so addresses show through without manual adjustment.

What sealing method does the remoistening flap use and is it machine compatible?

A traditional water-activated gum line seals securely by hand or through high-speed mailing machines, and the diagonal seam adds strength during automated processing.
