Envelope Dimensions and Quantity

These #6-3/4 envelopes measure 3.625 by 6.5 inches and come in a box of 500. The cellophane window is sized at 1-1/8 by 4-3/4 inches, positioned 3/4 inch from the left edge and 7/16 inch from the bottom. They are made from white sulphite paper with a vellum finish and a diagonal seam construction.

Paper Weight and Window Material

The 24# sulphite stock provides a standard weight for everyday mailing. The cellophane window is a traditional film rather than a polystyrene alternative, which affects how the envelope feeds through certain printers or inserters. The blue FDIC tint on the interior adds opacity to protect sensitive printed information from being read through the paper.

Printer Compatibility and Seal Type

Check that your printer or mailing machine can handle a diagonal seam envelope with a flap-down orientation and a remoistening seal. The 24# weight and vellum finish may not suit high-speed laser paths that require smoother, heavier stock. Confirm the window placement matches your document layout so the address shows correctly through the 1-1/8 by 4-3/4 inch opening.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 500-count box or the 5000-count carton for my mailing volume?

The 500-count box weighs 4.5 lbs and suits smaller runs, while the 5000-count carton contains ten boxes for high-volume needs.

What does the 24# paper weight mean for everyday mailing?

At 24# with 92% brightness, the white sulphite stock feels substantial, feeds reliably through printers, and keeps contents private thanks to the blue FDIC tint.

How does the A-style window placement work with standard letter folds?

The 1-1/8" x 4-3/4" cellophane window sits 3/4" from the left and 7/16" from the bottom, aligning with common tri-fold letter formats for address visibility.
