#6-3/4 Regular Envelope — Purpose

These #6-3/4 regular envelopes measure 3.625 by 6.5 inches and are built from 24 lb white sulphite paper. The SFI certified stock carries a 92 percent brightness level and a vellum finish for a professional feel. They suit everyday business mail such as invoices, statements or personal correspondence. Buyers who need a window envelope or a larger catalogue size should look elsewhere.

Thermals, noise and power draw

As a paper product these envelopes generate no heat, produce no noise and draw no power during use. The diagonal seam construction and remoistening seal function mechanically without any electrical requirement. Storage conditions are ordinary room temperature and humidity.

Blue Wesco inside tint — security

A blue Wesco tint lines the interior to obscure contents when held to light, adding a basic privacy layer for sensitive documents. The tint is integrated into the 24 lb sulphite sheet rather than applied as a separate coating. Each box contains 500 envelopes and weighs 4.5 lbs.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the envelope, and what step do people skip?

Moisten the remoistening seal on the flap-down closure and press firmly; skipping firm pressure leaves a weak seal.

Will the Blue Wesco inside tint fade or need replacing over time?

The tint is printed on the 92% brightness white sulphite paper and remains stable in normal storage; the envelope itself is single-use.

How many envelopes from this 500-count box can I run through a high-volume mailing machine before the diagonal seams jam?

The 24# vellum-finish sulphite stock feeds reliably in typical inserters; test a small batch first to confirm your machine's tolerance.
