Everyday mailing envelopes

These 6-inch square envelopes suit personal correspondence, invitations and light business mail. The 28-pound sulphite stock feels substantial without being stiff. A box of 500 keeps a home office or small team stocked for months.

Moisture-activated seal stays secure

The remoistening glue activates with a light dab and holds firmly in normal indoor conditions. Vellum finish resists smudging from pens or printer toner. At 8.5 pounds per box the pack is easy to lift and store on a shelf.

Side-seam construction feeds cleanly

Two side seams underneath create a flat profile that moves through most desktop printers without jamming. The 1.875-inch square flap folds neatly and leaves ample room for addressing. SFI-certified paper meets responsible-forestry standards.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 1.875" square flap without steam or tape?

The flap uses a remoistening adhesive; lightly dampen the gummed strip with a sponge or envelope moistener, press firmly for a few seconds, and the seal sets without steam or tape.

Will the 28# white sulphite stock yellow or curl after months in storage?

The SFI-certified sulphite paper with 92% brightness resists yellowing; store the box flat in a cool, dry place to prevent curl over long periods.

At what point does the vellum finish start to smudge during a large mailing run?

The vellum surface handles typical office laser and inkjet printing without smudging; heavy ink coverage or high-humidity conditions are the first factors that can cause offset.
