Standard Business Envelope

These #7-1/2 regular envelopes measure 3-15/16 by 7-1/2 inches and come in a box of 500. The 24 lb white sulphite stock carries SFI certification and a 92% brightness rating with a vellum finish.

High-Volume Mailing Needs

Suited for offices sending invoices, statements or formal correspondence where a clean, windowless face is required. Not intended for buyers who need a transparent window for addressing or a heavier stock for bulky inserts.

Diagonal Seam Construction

The diagonal seam runs from the bottom corners toward the centre, distributing stress evenly across the flap. The remoistening seal activates with moisture for a secure closure on every envelope.

Questions about this item

Does the 24 lb paper weight hold up under daily mailing volume?

The 24 lb sulphite stock resists tearing during routine handling and machine processing.

How much heat builds up when the envelopes sit in a printer tray all day?

Paper generates no heat; the vellum finish stays flat without curling in continuous feed.

What sealing method do I need since there is no peel-and-stick strip?

The remoistening gum seal activates with water or a standard envelope moistener.
