Professional mailing solution

These #8-5/8 envelopes measure 3.625" x 8.625" and feature a 1" x 4" poly window positioned 1" from the left and 3/4" from the bottom. They are designed for businesses sending invoices, statements or cheques where the recipient address shows through the window. The diagonal seam construction adds strength for machine inserting.

Paper quality and handling

White sulphite paper carries SFI certification and delivers 92% brightness with a vellum finish for a smooth, professional feel. The 24# stock feeds reliably through laser and inkjet printers as well as high-volume inserting equipment. A remoistening seal closes each flap securely without extra adhesives.

Bulk packaging for high volume

Each box contains 500 envelopes and a master carton holds 2500 units for efficient storage. The flat, flap-down orientation keeps stacks neat on shelves and in mailroom drawers. Buyers needing larger window formats, peel-and-seal closures or heavier basis weights will need a different specification.

Questions about this item

How do I insert documents into the 3.625 x 8.625 envelope so the address shows through the 1 x 4 poly window?

Fold the letter so the recipient block sits 1 inch from the left edge and 3/4 inch from the bottom, then slide it in with the window facing up.

What replacement supply will I need after the 500 envelopes are used?

Order another box of the same #8-5/8 poly window envelopes; each carton contains 2500 total across five boxes.

At what point does the remoistening seal lose adhesion during a large mailing run?

The seal remains effective for the full 500-envelope box when stored flat and used at room humidity.
