Everyday Mailing Envelopes

These #8-5/8 regular envelopes measure 3.625 by 8.625 inches and come in a box of 500. The white sulphite stock is SFI certified with a 92 percent brightness rating. A vellum finish gives the surface a smooth feel for handwriting or printing. They suit offices, schools and home users who send standard correspondence daily.

Diagonal Seam Construction

The diagonal seam style distributes stress across the flap for reliable sealing during transit. A traditional remoistening seal activates with moisture for a secure closure. No window means the full face is available for addressing, stamps or custom labels. Flaps arrive folded down, ready to load into trays or feed into desktop printers.

Replacing Smaller Packs

Buyers who currently purchase envelopes in smaller quantities gain a lower per-unit cost with this 500-count box. A master carton holds 2500 pieces for high-volume mailrooms. The 24-pound weight handles typical letters and invoices without adding bulk. This is not for users who need window envelopes, heavier catalogue stock or padded mailers for fragile items.
